The Challenge

To ensure that end point devices and all health information given to consumers through Aisle7 in-store kiosks is accurate and up-to-date.
The Solution
Aisle7 LiveConnect, an Esprida LiveControlâ„¢ OEM, enabled Aisle7 to remotely monitor each deployment to ensure all kiosks were functioning normally with minimal or no involvement from store staff.
The Results
Sales were then analyzed to prove the value of providing health and wellness information.
Compared to the control stores, the ones with in-store kiosk showed:
- 1.8% greater increase in overall sales in the measured categories
- 16% greater likelihood of kiosk stores outperforming non-kiosk stores
These results are significant when translated into an increase in dollar sales and overall store gross margins. Notably, the results significantly exceeded the amount necessary to recover the investment in the kiosks.
