- Corporate Financial Statement and Reporting.
- Management reporting and analysis.
- Tax reconciliations and respective filing.
- Financial activities - Statements, Budgeting/Forecasting, Analysis, Product pricing, Audit prep and supporting records.
- Manage and supervise internal accounting team and system, creating efficiency and improve processes with documentation.
- Creating/managing ad-hoc financial reports using accounting system reporting.
- Creating/managing analytical reports in Excel for various areas of business and internal /external projects.
- Responsible for regulatory filing and inter-company transaction reconciliations, filing respective taxes.
- Responsible for allocating and monitoring responsibilities, supervising and mentoring individuals of the accounting team.
- Fulfill reporting requirements for both Canadian and US auditors, and prepare and maintain audit working files.
- Communicate and fulfill requirements to government Agencies.

interpersonal skills, and most importantly, a positive 'roll-up the sleeves and get it done' attitude.
A self-motivated individual who is excited about taking on new challenges in a small, finance department. Work independently to realize team objectives; use your technical accounting skills and
aptitude to thrive in our demanding and dynamic environment here at Esprida. You have strong communication skills and act as an independent thinker who can create policies, procedures and structure
in a developing environment as well as strong analytical mind. The right person for this role seeks challenge, has the desire to build a business, has respect for their colleagues, is open-minded
and likes to have fun.
- 5 years or more of relevant accounting experience, preferably with 2 years of managing a team.
- Preferably pursuing or have your CGA or CMA designation.
- Take a hands-on role where you will be expected to roll up your sleeves and get involved with all aspects of the business.
- Approachable personality and a strong team worker.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with a focus on attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Advanced level of proficiency with Accpac for Windows, Microsoft Excel, Word & Outlook.
