Esprida Remote Management Best Practices part of new guidelines for Self-Service
Santa Barbara, CA - July 3, 2008 - Esprida has published 'Remote Management Best Practices' as part of the Self-Service and Kiosk Association’s first Library of industry
standards. The document is a guide for deployers - it demonstrates how remote monitoring optimizes a deployment, identifies key functionality for automation and criteria for
ensuring and measuring success. "Remote management is an important topic for our best practices library and I'm pleased that Esprida is sharing their expertise with our Association
membership." says David Drain, Executive Director, SSKA.
"Every industry needs a set of best practices and I commend the SSKA for their efforts in establishing these guidelines" says Asad Jobanputra, Director,
Application Solutions at Esprida. The library contains ten documents that cover everything from kiosk enclosures to system security. "We offered to add our remote management
experience to this knowledge base because we believe having this library will benefit fellow association members greatly." added Jobanputra.
The library will be available to SSKA members for free download from SelfService.org at the end of July.
