PROOF OF CONCEPT

Esprida LiveControl™ is a highly scalable, secure endpoint device management platform for real-time monitoring, support, software updates and analysis. Organizations using real-time systems to respond to customers and operate their business are able to deliver significant business process efficiencies, reduce operational costs, be proactive, and analyze transactions. To implement this type of system requires verification that the system is compatible with your endpoint environment and your back end systems. To achieve this, Esprida employs a Proof of Concept (POC) methodology to reach this goal.

The POC is a lightweight, project methodology designed to validate that this enterprise management tool is compatible with your technical environment. This methodology requires a short term commitment from technical resources and a test environment.

The POC is focused on three business objectives, and follows a technical process on how those objectives can be addressed using the Esprida LiveControl™ platform. Often these business objectives are related to one of the following:

Monitor Device Status without user interaction: Esprida LiveControl will be used to continuously monitor machine and report status to a centralized location e.g. connectivity status, application status, USB-connected peripherals, and operating system status. This will enable organizations to track the performance level of their equipment to eliminate potential customer complaints.

Pro-active Self-Healing: Minimize downtime and maximize device performance by configuring the system to proactively diagnose, repair and inform problems that occur on the machine. When a machine's device status enters an error state (as detected via Monitor Device Status), the software will automatically trigger a rule to attempt to resolve the issue, according to a configurable set of proactive recovery actions.

Remote Software Distribution: Some organizations want to avoid the effort related to sending, tracking, supporting software, and OS updates to their devices. Esprida LiveControl will be used to maintain, remotely install, and update software applications on the machine e.g. operating system patches, application upgrades, configuration changes. This, in turn, can dramatically reduce troubleshooting, diagnosis and error time relating to multiple (and potentially incompatible) software environments.

Schedule

The POC involves several online meetings where, an Esprida Technical Consultant and the customer's technical expert work on a test device to solve one or more use cases.

For each meeting there are a set of hands-on exercises and the corresponding solutions' steps to better assist the customer in exploring various functionalities of the Esprida LiveControl platform:

• analysis of existing systems and processes;

• installation of Esprida LiveControl Agent software on an endpoint machine; and

• Implementation of solutions using platform-features and identify any additional services that may be required to implement a customized solution.
